Introduction for HH2500 Series Double Shaft Propeller Mixer (High end model )

一、產(chǎn)品特點Product features

1、穩(wěn)定高效，廣泛適用于飼料、食品、糧食、化工、釀造、面粉等行業(yè)；

Stable and efficient, widely used in feed, food, grain, chemical, brewing, flour and other industries;

2、混合效率高，混合均勻度高，常規(guī)物料在43S-60S時間內(nèi)混合均勻度CV≤5%，減少了生產(chǎn)線混合時間，大大提高了混合工段的生產(chǎn)效率，不同類型物料，可以根據(jù)生產(chǎn)需要設(shè)置混合機時間60-120秒/每批；

High mixing efficiency, high mixing evenness; for conventional materials: mixing evenness CV≤5%in 43s-60s; high-efficiency mixing reducing the mixing time of the production line, greatly improving the production efficiency of the mixing section. According to the production requirements, the mixer time can be in 60-120 seconds / per batch for different types of materials;

3、混合過程中不產(chǎn)生偏析，物料混合均勻后，繼續(xù)混合機，不會因為物料的比重、粒度等差別大而產(chǎn)生偏析，不會發(fā)生分級現(xiàn)象，可生產(chǎn)出高精度的混合物；
